1   IMPORTANT

  1. These Gazal Auction Online Bidding Terms and Conditions are supplemental, meaning that they shall apply in addition to the general conditions of the Auction.
  2. It's crucial for buyers to carefully read and understand the specific terms and conditions provided by Gazal Auction. These terms may be available on the auction website or provided in printed materials at the auction venue. If you have specific concerns or questions, it's advisable to contact Gazal Auction directly for clarification.
  3. Additional information applicable to the Sale may also be set out in the Catalog, on our website, and/or in a notice displayed at the Sale venue, and it is your responsibility to review that information. Please be aware that announcements affecting that Sale may also be made orally before and during the Sale without prior notice. In registering to bid at any Sale, you agree to the applicable Bid Conditions.
  4. In addition, use of the Gazal Auction Online Bidding Service is at all times subject to the Gazal Conditions of website use.

2   ELIGIBILITY

  • Our services are available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you may use our services only in conjunction with your parent or legal guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Further, your account and use ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registered as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
  • 2.1 AUCTION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
    Each Gazal Auction will have its own eligibility requirements that must be met in order for you to participate in that auction. You may be required to apply for and obtain approval in order to participate in a specific live or timed auction, including in some cases providing credit card information if you have not done so previously. You agree to maintain at all times the accuracy of your account information including contact information, addresses and credit card information, and to allow us to provide any of your account information to Gazal whenever necessary, including for participating in auctions. Approval to participate in one live or timed auction does not guarantee approval to participate in any other live or timed auction, conducted by Gazal. Gazal Auction has sole discretion to refuse to approve your eligibility for any live or timed auction.

3   REGISTRATION

  1. Before you can bid via Gazal Online Bidding, you must register to bid online. The registration page can be accessed on the Gazal Auction website.
  2. Block of 10% of the value is required to enter bidding, then the system will give automatic approval to start bidding.
  3. Once you have registered you should keep your account details strictly confidential and must not permit any third party to use or access your account on your behalf or otherwise. You will be liable for any and all bids made via your account.
  4. You will need to register for each sale that you wish to bid on. This can be done on the relevant sale details screen.

4   ONLINE BIDDING PROCESS

  1. Once you have successfully registered for Online Biding in a sale you will be eligible to bid online at that sale.
  2. During a sale, you can bid for a lot by clicking the bid button. Each bid shall be final and binding as soon as you click the Bid button.
  3. The current bid will be displayed on your screen during the sale. In the event of a tie between a bid placed by you online and any other identical bid(s) (including bids made in person at the sale, telephone bids, absentee bids, and other online bids), it will be at Gazal Auction discretion as to which bid shall be accepted.
  4. You acknowledge that you are bidding in a live auction and you agree that each bid submitted as provided in these terms and conditions is irrevocable and cannot be amended or corrected, even if submitted in error and notified to us. You accept full liability for all bids submitted via your Gazal Online bidding account (including liability to pay in full and on time in accordance with the bid conditions for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid submitted from your account).
  5. Please note that Gazal Auctions reserves the right to reject a registration to bid online., withdraw its permission for you to use the Gazal Online Bidding Service, or terminate an online bidding account, for any reason at any time prior to, during or after a sale.
  6. A buyers who wins an auction must complete the closing process within 21 days. Otherwise the 10% advance bank guarantee will be terminated.
  7. For general products and not property, once the bidding is completed the first bidder must come personally to Gazal auction office to pay and collect the product.
  8. For general products, 3 days after the bidding is closed, both parties will receive e-mail to confirm the deal is completed

5   TAXES AND FEES

  1. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees related to buying process.
